I made these jewels for a production of Romeo & Juliet set in the French Caribbean in the 1700s. They were designed by Polly Bohdanetsky.
The cameos were bought and I glued them onto the findings. I cut and drilled holes in the findings and cut out disks of brass. I wired the pieces together and used a bit of glue to seal the wire. They were worn by ladies at the masquerade party.
